Process Manager, Knowledge Management

As the Process Governance Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and governance of new processes in alignment with existing Knowledge Management solutions to meet business objectives. Your role will involve creating comprehensive documentation for newly established processes and driving process design, management, and optimization plans. You will collaborate with project teams, establish performance metrics, monitor key indicators, identify risks, and facilitate communication to ensure project momentum. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and drive newly established processes, creating comprehensive documentation. - Execute process design, management, and optimization plans, monitor progress, and manage challenges. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure processes align with business goals. - Establish process performance metrics, monitor key indicators, and provide updates to senior management. - Identify process and governance risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and inefficiencies for resolution. - Act as the primary contact for escalation and conflict resolution. - Provide training and support on solution requirements and processes to stakeholders. - Conduct regular audits to identify improvement opportunities. - Develop strategies for process improvement and operational efficiency. - Collaborate on continuous improvement activities related to knowledge solutions. - Provide guidance and training on process improvement methodologies. Qualifications Required: - MBA, Masters in Operations Management or similar - Fluent English (both written and spoken) - 11+ years of experience in business consulting or related fields - Certifications in Business Process Management (BPM), Lean Six Sigma, CPPM or similar - Change management experience - Experience in multinational, multicultural environments - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
