Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Lead with 13-15 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process design and engineering, simulation, and software applications.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and engineer process plants using various software tools.
Prepare and review simulation results using Aspen Hysys.
Develop and maintain detailed process equipment and instrument datasheets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 13 years of experience in process design and engineering.
Strong knowledge of process simulation and software applications such as Aspen Plus, Hysys, PROII, Unisim, KORF, HTRI, FlareNet, Aft Fathom Arrow Impulse, PipeNet, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Notice period: Immediate - 30 days.
