RTO Candidate will be responsible for - Managing day-to-day technical activities of the Real Time Optimisation (RTO) and Data Reconciliation & Yield Accounting team for deliveries of projects to clients in domestic & global locations in various Chemicals, Oil & Gas (COG) viz. the Refinery & Hydrocarbon industries and the Fossil fuel Power generation industries. Working with its end clients and ensure quality & timely deliveries to the assigned projects with full client satisfaction. Technical planning to deliver project demands based on local/regional forecasts. Participating in pre-sales activities (Validation of manhour estimates, proposals review etc.) as and when required. Meeting company defined KPIs applicable to the team.Skills required:1. Candidates should have strong chemical Engineering fundamentals.2. Should have total of 8+ years of experience out of which he/she should have hands on experience on Steady state &/or dynamic simulations for at least 3+ years.3. Process Design Engineer: Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Work Experience : 8- 20 Years Job description: 1.Basic knowledge of piping, electrical, mechanical, machinery, instrumentation engineering disciplines. 2. Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria's, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase. 3. Capability to define the technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work .4. Capability to perform and coordinate Project engineering documents production activities and to check and review design documents, prepared either internally or by Vendors. 5. Capability to analyze dedicated Project requirements in terms of international codes & standards, local standards and codes and identify proper implementation actions. 6. Knowledge of engineering process workflow and activity sequence, with understanding of the interfaces with other disciplines. 7.Knowledge in Material selection. 8. Capability to design and coordinate P&IDs for related systems. 9. Full knowledge of Discipline workflow and of Discipline mechanization procedures and criteria. Full knowledge of Discipline P&IDs mechanization battery limits. 10. Knowledge of criteria, standards and methodologies related to Process design and Equipment Sizing. 11. Knowledge and experience in the design criteria and methodology for equipment, valves, packages, piping, including relevant safety requirements and standards. 12. Knowledge and experience in the preparation and optimization of PFDs and P and IDs. 13. Capabilities in managing the integration with piping and instrumentation activities.
