Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for facilitating process/performance improvement activities and enhancing quality scores using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Working closely with the senior manager, you will drive automation, improved processes/quality, standardization, SOPs, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and mentor Green Belts/Analysts, Process Owners, SMEs, etc., in the use of Lean Six Sigma methodology to reduce operational inefficiencies, improve performance, productivity, and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a small team of analysts for various projects. - Collaborate with senior managers, process owners, SMEs to define improvement goals and areas for enhancement. - Collect data, analyze performance, and monitor progress by sharing metric findings. - Ensure timely and successful project completion by resolving dependencies and conflicts, prioritizing deliverables, and assigning resources according to senior manager's guidance. - Provide regular project updates and present data to the Leadership group. - Develop strong relationships with management, project teams, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and trust-building. - Encourage team members to create knowledge-based documents and document processes. - Promote individual professional growth and development through mandatory education requirements and skills competency. - Support department-based goals and serve as a mentor and resource to less experienced staff. - Conduct Lean/Six Sigma training sessions and lead workshops on VSM and FMEA activities. - Identify high-impact process improvement initiatives, take ownership, and ensure continuous improvement. - Demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Communicate effectively with C-level executives, board members, and all stakeholders. - Excel in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree required; Masters/MBA preferred. - Black Belt certification required, external certification from an approved training program preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. - 8+ years of experience in change management, project management, continuous performance improvement, or data analysis, preferably in the service industry. - Proficiency in data collection, math, statistical concepts, and statistical software. - Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word). - Ability to mentor/lead improvement initiatives independently and collaborate with stakeholders. - Strong logical reasoning skills and a track record of results-driven attitude through project management. - Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven leadership skills. - Business acumen with problem-solving analytical and critical thinking skills.,
