In this role based in Chennai, your primary purpose will be to support business areas in day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. Key responsibilities will include collaborating with teams across the bank, identifying areas for improvement in operational processes, developing operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks, creating reports on operational performance, and staying informed about industry trends to implement best practices in banking operations.
