Job Description

Job Summary:

Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Execute day-to-day business process activities as per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure timely and accurate data entry, document processing, transaction handling, or service delivery.
Monitor assigned workflows and ensure deliverables are completed within service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify and escalate process deviations, exceptions, or bottlenecks to the supervisor or quality team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency and efficiency.
Maintain documentation and records in compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
Follow data privacy and compliance guidelines at all times.
Generate reports and dashboards if required using internal tools or Excel.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process optimization and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with process tools like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or workflow management systems.
Knowledge of quality standards like ISO, Six Sigma, or Lean (optional).
Prior exposure to working with international clients or in a multi-process environment.
