About the Role

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Process Executive Intern to support our daily operations and internal workflows. This role is ideal if you like structured work, coordination, and making systems run smoother. You’ll get hands-on exposure to real business processes in an EdTech environment and learn how operations scale behind the scenes .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and monitoring day-to-day operational processes.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and internal documentation accurately.
• Support coordination between departments to ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Track task progress, timelines, and process compliance.
• Help in data entry, verification, and basic analysis of operational data.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and suggest process improvements.
• Support internal audits and process reviews when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn operational systems and internal processes.
