Job Description

As the Process Excellence Manager at Blitz, you will be a key member of the Operations team, dedicated to optimizing and streamlining our end-to-end operational processes. Your role will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of operational processes, analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement, developing standardized operating procedures, and ensuring the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage technology solutions for operational efficiency, and proactively address operational risks to ensure business continuity. Your responsibilities will also include providing training and support to operational teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and preparing reports on operational performance for senior management. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in Logistics or the E-commerce industry. Strong analytical skills, project management skills, proficiency in process improvement methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.,
