Job Description

As a Process Engineer at VR Manpower Solutions in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations within the process industry or factory setting. With a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience and a qualification in B.E. / B.Tech / Dip Mechanical / Chemical / Petro Chemical, you will play a crucial role in managing processes and handling operators effectively. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing your in-depth process knowledge to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement. Being able to work in flexible shifts and directly supervise operators will be essential for success in this role. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference, and proficiency in English and computer skills are a must-have. Additionally, you will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis, with no overtime required and a salary ranging from Rs. 25k to 38k. As part of the benefits package, you will have access to provided food, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule may involve day shifts, night shifts, or rotational shifts as required. The work location is in person, ensuring hands-on involvement in the operational processes.,
