About Us

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Process Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading new process development, designing and commissioning SPMs (Special Purpose Machines), improving existing processes, and driving quality and process control initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead new process development initiatives for water purifier manufacturing lines.

Design, evaluate, and manage the development of SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) to support manufacturing needs.

Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize existing processes for productivity, quality, and cost.

Implement process controls and monitor critical parameters to ensure consistent product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth scale-up of new processes.

Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective & preventive actions.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and work instructions.

Support training of operators and production staff on new processes or technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

Hands-on experience in SPM development, process validation, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools will be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
