Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes
Analyze and implement cost-effective solutions for production efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements
Optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
Design and implement process control systems to maintain product quality and consistency
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with production processes
Conduct research and analysis to stay current with industry best practices and advancements
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Provide guidance and training to production staff on new processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in a process engineering role
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
Proficiency in process simulation and optimization tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
