Lead the industrialization of maintenance, overhauling, and warranty activities.
Simulate and update tooling designs and layouts as needed.
Create and validate industrial deliverables and training plans.
Implement and improve industrial processes while respecting safety and EHS standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial standards and practices.

Job Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering (BTech/BE) from a recognized university.
Experience or understanding of industrial processes, tooling design, and lean manufacturing.
Knowledge of rolling stock components and locomotive systems.
Familiarity with crimping, AutoCAD, and CATIA.
A strong understanding of Quality and Safety standards is required.
Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
