Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer with 7-15 years of experience to join our team in the glass industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new model development and process engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new manufacturing processes for glass products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new models.
Conduct experiments and tests to optimize production processes.
Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
Train and guide junior engineers and technicians on new processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in the glass industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
