Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong understanding of engineering principles and familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly in refinery, petrochemical, or chemical industries

Hands-on experience in refinery and/or petrochemical plant operations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient in English—reading, speaking, and writing

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with simulation tools such as ASPEN PLUS, ASPEN HYSYS, PRO II, KBC Petro-SIM

Good understanding of chemical process calculations, including combustion and thermodynamic calculations

Ability to work with and interpret process simulators and calculators

Strong analytical skills for collecting and analyzing process-related data to identify root causes

Familiarity with basic chemical engineering and thermodynamics

Knowledge of application data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

Must-Have Skills / Job Responsibilities:

Experience in manufacturing plant operations/processes—mainly in Refinery, Petrochemical, or Chemical units

Understanding of the plant project lifecycle including engineering and detailed design phases

Knowledge of P&ID, PFDs, asset models, process asset hierarchies, and equipment classifications

Familiarity with the TME0062 standard

Understanding of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) workflows and vendor deliverables such as datasheets and drawings

Good to have: Experience with Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
