Process Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible to ensure safe evacuation of all the employees of the department and report the numbers during emergency.

2. To follow safety norms and adhere with company policy.

3. To follow the Quality Policy & Contamination prevention policy of the company

4. Review the technology package by studying process chemistry, equipment type, design & metallurgy, raw material consumption, operating conditions & safety hazards

5. Assets identification, assets mapping,

6. Participate during R&D lab experiments and make observations

7. Participate in process safety studies based on initial PRA

8. Help in preparation of complete detailed Engineering package includes BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs & IPDs, Waste management protocols

9. Help and co-ordinate in performing pre-commissioning activities in the plant

10. Liaison with R&D for validating RM quality and sources via use test experiments

11. Check the safety interlocks designed for the specific process to ensure safe operations

12. Monitor the projects continuously, capturing valuable in-process data for analysis

13. Timely communication and coordination with all stake holders, ensuring that batch datasheets, analytical reports

14. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on project progress, process observations/ deviations

15. Troubleshooting and improvement/optimization ideas

16. Achieve desired yield, quality and cycle times as per design basis

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should ready to relocate Tuni, Andhra Pradesh.

Work location : Tuni.

Should be graduate - B Tech Chemical / M Tech Chemical
