Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor and analyze plant operation and process parameters, troubleshoot deviations, and implement corrective actions
Must be hands on in process measurements (HMB, burner momentum, false air, flow, fan eff% etc.)
Regular mill internal inspections to identify and address the issues on time
Must have good understanding of key technical KPIs of integrated plant
Lead data driven decision making through regular process audits, reporting and KPI tracking
Hands on in Excel and PPT
Identify and implement process optimization, energy saving, and cost reduction projects
Conduct RCA of process issues, downtime and quality deviations
Optimization of PIDs and implementation of new PIDs for automation of the circuit
