Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer Responsibilities Daily Cash application Manage electronic & Manual client payments Reconcile unapplied accounts Customer open credit Inquiry and Dispute Management Business to Business credit calls Closing month end account ledgers Understanding of creation of SOPs Qualifications Minimum qualifications Graduate in Commerce ( B. Com ) Excellent computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working . I-Speak –6.5+ Meaningful Experience in Order to Cash domain.
