Process & Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review

  P&ID, PFD, HFD

  for STP & ETP systems.
• Perform process calculations, equipment sizing, and treatment process design.
• Develop

  GA drawings

  , equipment layouts, and piping layouts.
• Support mechanical design of clarifiers, filters, DAF, TPI, Lamella, etc.
• Create 2D/3D models using AutoCAD/Plant 3D and perform clash checks.
• Review vendor documents and ensure technical compliance.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams for project execution and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in

  Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering

  , or related field.

• 2–6 years of experience

  in STP/ETP design and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, national guidelines, and engineering standards.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  , Plant 3D, Civil 3D, or other CAD platforms.
• Good understanding of P&ID, PFD, equipment design, and layout engineering.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
