Job Description

As a Process Design Engineer at Dastur Energy in Kolkata, your role will involve basic and detail design engineering for utility systems such as pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, HVAC, tanks, and storage systems. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct basic and detailed engineering for utility systems including pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, HVAC, tanks, and storage systems. - Develop and deliver design basis, process flow diagram, heat and material balance, equipment sizing & specification, process equipment datasheet, P&IDs, pipeline sizing, HAZOP, etc. - Utilize process modelling software such as ASPEN, AFT Arrow/AFT Fathom/SP3D, and have working knowledge of International Codes and Standards. - Gain exposure to the Chemical, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Electrolysis industry. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 7 years of experience in process design engineering. - BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical is mandatory. - ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical is preferred.
