Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Process Design Engineer to develop and optimize process designs for water and wastewater treatment plants. The role includes preparing PFDs/P&IDs, sizing equipment, performing mass balance and hydraulic calculations, and supporting project teams during design and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual and detailed designs for water/wastewater treatment systems.
Perform chemical dosing, hydraulic, and mass balance calculations.
Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, design basis reports, and process datasheets.
Support equipment selection, vendor evaluation, and technical reviews.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation teams.
Assist with site commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience with RO, UF/MF, clarifiers, biological systems, filters, or similar technologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and process modelling tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
