Absorbing the New Plants Technology coming up at DCTL in terms of BEP absorption & assisting Head/Lead TSD for changes, if any, to ensure smooth commissioning. 2. Preparation of scheme (PD, PFD, PID, PDS/IPDS etc.) for improvement initiatives in existing and upcoming plant/product. 3. Data collation for DCTL on EC/ CTE/ CCA, from data integrity viewpoint. Provide/ update the SOPs for any new change in process or equipment operation. 6. Preparation of capex proposals on savings and payback period for new modifications in the plant to improve operating convenience in the plant. 7. Supporting operation team for Management of Change (MOC) by providing schemes with complete technical backup. 8. Ideation, detailing and implementation of continual improvement in QCDSE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Environment). 9. Evaluating existing production norms and proposal preparation for meeting and improving norms.
