Job Title: Store In charge – Gas Regulators Business Department: Stores & Materials Management Location: Khed Shivapur, Pune Reports To: Project Manager / Supply Chain Manager Job Summary The Store In charge is responsible for managing and controlling all material-related activities for Gas components like Regulators, Filters, Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Solenoid Valves etc . This includes the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials such as, valves, regulators, meters, fittings, and construction consumables. The role ensures efficient inventory management, adherence to safety norms, and timely material availability for project and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities Supervise and control all store operations for CGD project materials and equipment. Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials (pipes, valves, regulators, meters, fittings, etc.) against purchase orders and delivery challans. Ensure proper storage and identification of materials as per specifications and safety requirements (Pipes, Valves, Regulators and associated components). Maintain accurate stock records, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and material return notes. Update material receipts and issues in ERP or inventory software on a daily basis. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) system and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels. Coordinate with procurement, project, and maintenance teams to ensure timely supply of required materials. Conduct periodic physical verification and reconcile stock discrepancies. Manage handling, preservation, and stacking of materials to avoid damage or contamination. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the store area, especially for gas-related components. Prepare monthly inventory, consumption, and reconciliation reports. Support audit and documentation processes for PNGRB and internal compliance. Qualifications and Skills Education: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Material Management discipline. Experience: 3–10 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a Gas Regulator and associated components, Oil & Gas, or EPC company. Software Proficiency: MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP / Tally / customized inventory tools). Skills: Strong knowledge of materials (pipes, valves, regulators, meters, etc.) Excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities Understanding of PNGRB and OISD safety standards Effective coordination and communication skills Analytical mindset for stock control and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Inventory accuracy and reconciliation percentage On-time material issuance to projects and maintenance teams Reduction in material losses or shortages Compliance with safety and audit requirements Efficiency in ERP data management and documentation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person

Job Description — Process Design Engineer Position Title: Process Design Engineer Department: Engineering / Process Design Location: Khed Shivapur, Pune Reports To: Lead Engineer Job Summary The Process Design Engineer is responsible for developing, evaluating, and optimizing process designs to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective plant operations. The role involves conceptual and detailed process engineering, preparation of process documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering projects from concept to commissioning. Key Responsibilities Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), heat and material balances, and equipment data sheets. Perform process simulations and calculations (mass/energy balance, hydraulic design, pressure drop, sizing of equipment or Gas Pressure Regulators, etc.). Specify and design key process equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, vessels, and control valves. Prepare and review engineering documents including design basis, process descriptions, and operating manuals. Provide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation stages. Design and optimize pressure regulating systems and Gas metering systems including Filtrations skids, Knock out Drums, Heaters etc. Prepare process design basis, sizing calculations, and P&IDs for city gate stations, district regulating stations. Conduct flow and pressure drop analysis using software tools. Develop material specifications and equipment datasheets for filters, meters, regulators, and valves or any other process equipment as per client requirements. Ensure designs comply with international design codes, standards, and safety regulations and PNGRB, OISD, API, IGEM ASME standards. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams for integrated facility design. Support field teams during commissioning and troubleshooting. Prepare and review safety and operating procedures. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 2–10 years (depending on level) in process design and engineering. Software Proficiency: Aspen HYSYS, AutoCAD, PIPE-FLO, or equivalent simulation tools. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, familiarity with PFDs/P&IDs, excellent documentation and communication skills. Knowledge: Process safety, plant layout design, and equipment selection. Knowledge of PNGRB codes and CGD design standards. Hands-on experience with GIS tools or hydraulic modeling software. Familiarity with CNG and PNG system layouts.
