Process Coordinator

You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is looking to kickstart your career as a Process Coordinator at Vaighai Agro Products Limited. As a Process Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensure smooth workflow, and coordinate between different departments to enhance operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams such as Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure timely completion of tasks, monitoring and tracking the progress of operational processes, maintaining and updating process documentation, ensuring compliance with established processes, identifying bottlenecks in the process and proposing solutions, preparing reports and analyzing process performance metrics, and communicating process-related updates and issues to relevant stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. While a basic knowledge of process management and workflow systems is preferred, it is not required. As an ideal candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
