As a Process Coordinator at Sweet Line outlet in Madhya Marg, Sector 07, your role will involve supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with staff to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate day-to-day production processes in the sweet line. - Ensure maintenance of quality, hygiene, and safety standards. - Manage workflow between departments and address process issues. - Monitor staff performance and offer necessary guidance. - Maintain accurate records of production, raw material usage, and output. - Report progress and challenges to management. Qualifications & Skills: - Previous experience in the food/sweets industry preferred. - Strong organizational and leadership abilities. - Capable of managing a team and resolving on-ground issues. - Local candidates preferred for easy availability.
