Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Fresher ITI graduate to join our Sweet Line production team as a Boiler Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn and grow within the food processing industry. The successful candidate will be trained on the safe and efficient operation of industrial boilers used in our production processes. Key Responsibilities (Training will be provided): Assist in the safe and efficient operation of industrial boilers. Monitor boiler parameters pressure, temperature, water levels and record readings accurately. Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to boiler operation and maintenance. Assist with routine checks and minor maintenance activities under supervision. Report any malfunctions or abnormalities to the senior operator/supervisor immediately. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the boiler house area. Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth production flow. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards relevant to the "sweet line" operations. Qualifications: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate in a relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanical Engineering). Fresher candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of mechanical principles and industrial safety. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols. Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions diligently. Good observational skills and attention to detail. Physical fitness required for standing, lifting (as per industry standards), and working in an industrial environment. Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
