Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day operations between production, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and sales teams.
Monitor and ensure timely execution of production and dispatch schedules.
Maintain process documentation, production records, and MIS reports.
Track raw material availability and consumption; escalate shortages to the concerned department.
Support implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
Coordinate quality checks and ensure timely resolution of process-related issues.
Follow up on vendor deliveries, customer orders, and inter-department communication.
Prepare and maintain reports on productivity, downtime, and process performance.
Assist in internal audits and maintain accurate documentation for compliance purposes.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good understanding of FMCG operations, including production and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or SAP.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in process coordination, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred.
