Job Description

· Workflow Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed flowcharts for all business processes, ensuring clarity and efficiency. · Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. · Order Management: Monitor the process from order receipt to payment collection, ensuring client satisfaction at each stage. · Feedback Collection: Regularly solicit and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality. · Complaint Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints, escalating issues as necessary. · Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth process execution. · Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity. · Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of processes, updates, and changes. Training & Support: Provide training to staff on new processes and ensure adherence to established procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
