Process Coordinator - Operations

Role Overview:

The Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of business processes, monitoring workflows, coordinating across teams, and maintaining process compliance. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to liaise effectively between departments to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Track process performance and prepare reports for management review.
• Identify process gaps, escalate issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain records, trackers, and process documentation accurately.
• Assist in training team members on updated processes and systems.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of workflow management tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Operations / related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or administrative support.
• Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Service industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
