Role Overview:
We are seeking a Process Coordinator who is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end processes for curtain projects, from preparing quotations to coordinating with vendors, installers, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotations for curtains based on client requirements.
• Maintain and update project data, budgets, and timelines using Excel.
• Create impactful presentations for client pitches and internal use in PowerPoint.
• Coordinate and follow up with:
• Vendors for fabric orders and delivery timelines.
• Installer teams for scheduling and execution.
• Clients for approvals, updates, and feedback.
• Ensure smooth workflow between sales, design, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data analysis) and MS PowerPoint (design and layout).
• Prior experience in interior design, furnishing, or related industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
