Job Description

1. Process Coordination· Coordinate and monitor daily tasks within FMS (Facility Management System) and IMS (Inventory/Information Management System). · Ensure all activities and tasks move smoothly through the operational workflow. · Follow up with concerned teams to ensure timely task completion · Identify delays or issues and escalate them when necessary. 2. Google Sheets Management (Basic Use Only) l Update entries in Google Sheets as per process flow. l Maintain task lists, trackers, and process checklists l Ensure data accuracy while entering or checking information. 3. Communication & Follow-ups l Act as a bridge between operations, supervisors, and field teams. l Communicate task updates, pending items, and process instructions clearly. l Ensure all teams adhere to process guidelines. 4. Process Compliance l Ensure all tasks follow company SOPs and standards. l Maintain proper documentation related to process steps and status. l Support audits by keeping process data and records accurate. �� Qualifications & Skills Required l Bachelor’s degree (any field). l Basic knowledge of Google Sheets. l Understanding of FMS and IMS processes. l Strong communication and coordination skills. l Ability to multitask and manage operations smoothly. l Detail-oriented and disciplined. �� Additional Preferred Skills l Knowledge of Google Workspace tools. l Experience in operations or process coordination roles.
