Process Coach - Material Handling profile in MP&L at Ford India Pvt. Ltd. - Sanand Engine Plant, Sanand GIDC, District Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Education Qualification: B.E. - Any discipline

Industry Experience: 3 to 5 Years preferably in an Automotive Industry

Professional Exposure: Expertise in Material Handling / Preferable Exposure to Projects / Launch / CMMS3 / FPS

Special Knowledge or skill required:

Hands on experience in Materials Management,
Strong understanding of lean material flow strategies, Synchronous Material Flow and lean manufacturing Processes, proficient in performing studies to assess and compare the investment and variable costs associated with alternative actions or specified future conditions. Good working knowledge in CMMS3

Others (Specifics):

Have exposure on ERP systems, MS Office, Good Communication skills and analytical abilities, demonstrated leadership skills, specifically drive for results and teamwork, strong inter-personal skills, ability to work well in a fluid environment, and ability to travel, Manufacturing plant experience and ability to speak multiple languages
desirable.
