Process & Capabilities Analyst

This may involve:

• Designing HP’s sales incentive plans.
• Developing new or enhanced business processes and capabilities to support HP’s customers/partners.
• Integrating IT solutions across functions, business groups, or geographic requirements.
• Driving process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets across HP’s sales force and services delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in process improvement teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Interact with HP’s management, stakeholders, and operational teams.
• Apply foundational knowledge of business/IT principles to projects of limited scope.
• Provide information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives.
• Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within a business environment.

Entry-Level Requirements

• First-level university degree (or equivalent experience).
• Typically

  0–2 years

  of related experience in IT or business operations.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
