Job Location: PUNE

Job Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidates should have International customer service experience VOICE/CHAT Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain is preferred.
• Graduate and above with minimum 12 months of experience and HSC with minimum of 18 months of experience with a maximum 5 years of experience in the contact center industry.
• Ability to work in any UK shifts.
• Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand)
• All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have

Skill Requirement:

• Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target oriented environment
• Good team player
• Ability to Multitask
• Typing speed of 35 wpm
• Possess effective problem solving skills and have the ability to deliver timely resolution.
• Should be customer centric and be focused on delivering excellence

• To provide good quality customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To offer assistance to customers and provide FCR.
• Meet targets like Quality, CSAT, AHT, Compliance, Attendance & Adherence.
• Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as

company policies and procedures.
