Role Overview

We are hiring MBA Finance graduates who want to combine functional accounting, technology, and international exposure.

You will work closely with US-based clients to help them with finance, accounting workflows, and act as a financial advisor while collaborating with our ERP, AI, and automation teams.

This is an excellent role for someone aiming for a FinTech + Finance Consulting career.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger posting, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Work with accounting standards relevant to US small & mid-sized businesses.
• Support clients with accurate record keeping and clean financial data.

Client-Facing Advisory (US Market Focus)

• Communicate directly with American customers regarding accounting workflows.
• Suggest improvements in financial processes, reporting structures, and compliance practices.
• Help clients interpret financial reports and make informed business decisions.

ERP + Technology Involvement

• Work with global ERP systems (Odoo, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Xero).
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize accounting workflows inside ERP systems.
• Participate in AI-driven finance automation projects improving reconciliation, reporting, and decision-making.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP fundamentals used by SMBs.
• Maintain documentation and audit preparedness for clients.

Who Should Apply? (Ideal Candidate)

• MBA in Finance / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent academic strength.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to talk confidently with American customers.
• Eager to work in a tech-enabled finance ecosystem (ERP + Automation + AI).
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, and analytical thinking.

• ₹20,000/month stipend during training & onboarding period.
