Process Associate

As a Process Associate for USA Calling / Cold Calling located in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to provide sales and marketing support by generating leads through outbound phone calls to US-based prospects. You will play a crucial role in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Your key responsibilities will include contacting potential clients via telephone, using prepared scripts to pitch company products and services, providing requested information to potential clients, updating contact details of prospects, addressing client queries, concerns, and suggestions promptly, as well as researching, tracking, maintaining, and updating the leads database. To excel in this role, you should have a high school qualification or equivalent, along with freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in USA calling / cold calling. A proven track record in achieving sales targets is preferred, along with excellent English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
