Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate at Padhai Help Pvt Ltd in Jaipur. As a process associate, you will have to connect with the provided leads over the calls to understand their requirements and convert them into loyal customers by providing end-to-end support. Required Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Should have commercial awareness. Should have a positive attitude, confidence, and determined approach. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Should have convincing power.
