About the Role

The Process Associate will be responsible for executing and improving day-to-day business processes within assigned workflows. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while supporting cross-functional teams and contributing to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily operational tasks as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain accurate data entry, documentation, and reporting.

Monitor workflow progress and escalate issues when needed.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process gaps or discrepancies.

Assist in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Identify opportunities for automation or optimization of repetitive tasks.

Support training and onboarding of new team members when required.

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly process reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).

0–2 years of experience in operations, process management, or support roles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM, ERP, or workflow tools.

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
