Key Responsibilities

  • Perform

    Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EV/BV)

    for patients accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Review insurance information, coverage details, co-pays, deductibles, and prior authorization requirements.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the system with complete accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience

    in EV/BV or similar healthcare process.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare insurance terms and workflows.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry skills).
