Process Associate - Care Coordination

You will be joining our team as a Process Associate- Care Coordination, where your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to patients through virtual channels. Your role will involve coordinating patient appointments, meetings, and calls to ensure effective communication and scheduling within our virtual healthcare environment. As the main point of contact for patients and their families, you will address concerns, feedback, and inquiries, advocating for patients to ensure their needs are promptly met with empathy. Your duties will include facilitating virtual meetings between patients and healthcare Care Manager, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all necessary parties are present for smooth appointments. You will collaborate with clinical teams to schedule follow-up appointments and handle incoming calls from patients, directing them to the appropriate departments with professionalism and courtesy. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems will also be part of your responsibilities. You must ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safeguard patient privacy by handling all patient information confidentially. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in any field, at least 1 year of customer care or patient experience (preferably in healthcare), fluency in Russian and English languages, and prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a healthcare setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, and maintain a professional demeanor are essential for success in this position.,
