As a Contact Center Representative in the Voice Process at our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with customers to address non-sales related issues. Your main duties will include: - Engaging with customers in a professional manner, showing diplomacy, tact, and respect. - Providing exceptional service by having a deep understanding of our products and services. - Utilizing various computer and telecommunications technologies to communicate with customers, answer their questions, and provide information. - Inputting relevant data into the computer database system. - Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address their queries, and resolve any issues promptly. - Establishing strong relationships with your Team Leader and fellow team members. To excel in this role, we expect you to possess the following qualifications: - Working knowledge of Operating Systems such as Microsoft Windows 10 and a basic understanding of Internet fundamentals. - Proficiency in Customer Service. - Familiarity with record management procedures and processes would be advantageous. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Center, service industry, or equivalent (Fresh candidates will not be considered without written approval from the Client). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent organizational abilities. - Capacity to access and research information from multiple sources. - Successful completion of the pre-hire exam with a score of 90% or higher. - Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. - Keen attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills. - Efficient problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, including flexibility to work various schedules like days, nights, weekends, and holidays. - Capability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-demand, and fast-paced setting. - Proficient communication skills in English, demonstrating clarity, confidence, and politeness.
