Role Overview:

This role is ideal for a highly motivated MBA graduate who thrives in fast-paced environments, can make quick decisions with clarity, and has a knack for identifying and solving business challenges. You will be closely involved in operational problem-solving, interdepartmental coordination, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business problems and provide effective, data-driven solutions
• Take ownership of daily issues across departments and ensure timely resolution
• Make confident decisions under pressure and in real-time business scenarios
• Collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, logistics, and customer support
• Respond quickly and efficiently to unexpected challenges
• Assist in streamlining operations and enhancing productivity
• Participate in strategic meetings and contribute ideas for business growth
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflow or communication

Required Skills & Qualities:

• MBA (Marketing, Operations, Strategy, or General Management preferred)

What We Offer:
