Job Title: Private Chef to the CEO

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Chef to prepare daily, customized meals for the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-cuisine culinary preparation, a keen sense of nutrition, and the ability to cater to personal dietary preferences and health requirements. This is a prestigious and confidential role for a dedicated professional who values excellence, discretion, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and serve high-quality, healthy, and diverse meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, as per the CEO’s preferences.
  • Develop weekly and monthly menus ensuring variety, seasonality, and nutritional balance.
  • Accommodate special dietary needs (low fat, low sugar, gluten-free, etc.) as instructed.
  • Source fresh, premium-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and budgeting for food purchases.
  • Occasionally prepare meals for family, guests, or business meetings hosted at the residence/office.
  • Ensure absolute confidentiality regarding the CEO’s preferences and private matters.
  • Coordinate with household staff for smooth service and timely meal preparation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef or Head Chef in luxury households, fine dining, or hospitality.
  • Expertise in multi-cuisine cooking including Indian, Continental, Asian, and healthy gourmet dishes.
  • Understanding of nutrition and dietary restrictions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule or menu requests.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and high degree of discretion at all times.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and during travel if required.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
