Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Chef in Thiruvananthapuram. The Private Chef will be responsible for meal planning, ingredient selection, menu customization, and preparation of meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Additional tasks include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing food inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are met.

Qualifications

• Expertise in culinary techniques, diverse cuisines, and menu planning
• Experience in cooking for various dietary restrictions and preferences
• Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and inventory management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a high-end or private kitchen setting is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
