Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in the Private Banking Group, your role will involve building and managing relationships with high net-worth individuals and providing them with personalized banking services. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Setting and achieving individual Private Banking Group targets across Third Party Products (TPP), with a focus on meeting defined income objectives and ensuring penetration of relevant banking products. - Meeting customer level profitability objectives for yourself and your team, aiming for a minimum of Rs 1,00,000 per customer from 75% of your self-base (or team base for Senior RM). - Achieving AUM growth objectives, with a minimum target of 10% growth in AUM for your self-base (or team base for Senior RM). - Fulfilling client sign-on objectives as defined by the Business Head, including bringing in new clients to the bank. - Engaging in customer relationship management by ensuring quality interactions are updated in the CRM system and adhering to desk policies on client contact management. - Providing client solutions and product mix based on customer needs, with a focus on delivering minimum levels of product excellence and gathering customer feedback. - Keeping updated on functional and industry knowledge, guiding staff members, and building positive relationships within the team. - Focusing on result and process orientation, strategic planning, and achieving set goals in line with desk objectives. Qualifications and Key Skills required for this role include: - Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marketing/Finance - Certifications such as AMFI, NCFM, CAIIB, IRDA - Strong sales and influencing skills, banking product knowledge, and relationship management skills - Planning, organizing, and communication skills - Knowledge of competition and current trends in the financial industry In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is essential that you have a good understanding of CA, Trade & Forex, CMS, and Asset products like CC, OD, TL, and Export Finance. You should be a self-starter with an understanding of financial markets and economic trends, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Current Account Acquisition, Product & Processes, Trade & Forex, and other related products is required for this role.
