Job Description

As a Privacy Analyst at FME, you will be responsible for supporting the Privacy Director and other team members of the Privacy Team in the development, implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day management of the operational aspects of FME's global privacy program. Your ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and leverage technology to enhance the efficiency of the privacy program will be crucial in safeguarding patient, customer, and employee personal data entrusted to FME. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining global privacy policies, procedures, requirements, and notices. - Conduct annual assessments of FME's global privacy program, identify improvement areas, and implement enhancements to ensure compliance with global privacy laws. - Manage the OneTrust Privacy Management Platform, including providing training and support to business teams and the Third-Party Risk Management team. - Develop and deliver enterprise-wide and role-based privacy trainings in collaboration with key stakeholders. - Support the day-to-day operations of FME's Individual Rights program. - Maintain records of processing activities and data processing inventory. - Collaborate with legal and business teams to integrate privacy considerations into project planning and daily operations. - Provide privacy guidance and requirements to business teams for third-party vendor onboarding and offboarding. - Manage and maintain privacy metrics reporting. - Handle the external-facing Contact Privacy inbox. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a privacy function. - Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Background in or good understanding of information security is advantageous. - One or more IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) are desirable. - Experience with OneTrust, including knowledge and certification, is preferred. - Familiarity with US, EU, and other global privacy laws and regulations, such as CCPA/CPRA and GDPR. - Proficiency in supporting privacy and consent management, individual rights, compliance processes, policies, reporting, and controls. - Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to develop and articulate strategies for process improvement.,
