You are an experienced and highly motivated Global Data Privacy Manager responsible for leading and supporting the global data protection and privacy program at our organization. Your role involves managing and evolving the data privacy program to ensure compliance with various global privacy regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PDPA, PIPEDA, and others. Collaboration with legal, IT, HR, marketing, and security teams is crucial to support privacy-by-design initiatives, assess privacy risks, and align with company strategy. Your responsibilities include leading and managing the global data privacy compliance program across all geographies and business units. You will need to analyze and interpret complex international privacy laws and regulations, act as a subject matter expert on data privacy for global clients, develop and maintain privacy policies and procedures, conduct privacy impact assessments, and collaborate with different teams to implement privacy-by-design in new offerings. As a Global Data Privacy Manager, you will also be responsible for aligning with information security teams on data protection controls, incident response, and breach notification protocols. Supporting incident response teams in managing privacy breaches, responding to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), client audits, and regulatory inquiries are part of your role. Additionally, you will review, negotiate, and advise on privacy-related contractual documents and drive awareness and training programs across delivery centers. Key attributes for this role include the ability to interpret and implement multi-jurisdictional privacy laws, integrity, excellent organizational and project management skills, strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive problem-solving orientation. Qualifications required for this role include 6-9 years of hands-on experience in data privacy, a Master's degree or equivalent in related fields, and relevant certifications. The Privacy Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Privacy Director and other team members of the Privacy Team in the development, implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day management of the operational aspects of FME's global privacy program. The ideal candidate is comfortable working collaboratively within cross-functional teams and using technology to improve the efficiency of our privacy program. This role will also support various privacy activities to help protect and safeguard the patient, customer, and employee personal data that is entrusted to FME. Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience working in a privacy function. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Background in or good understanding of information security preferred. - One or more IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) preferred. - OneTrust experience, knowledge, and certification preferred. - Familiarity with US, EU, and other global privacy laws and regulations, such as CCPA/CPRA and GDPR. - Experience supporting privacy and consent management, individual rights, compliance processes, policies, reporting, and controls. - Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Must be able to develop and articulate strategy for process improvement.,

The primary responsibilities of the role include supporting the Data Privacy and Compliance lead and Manager with compliance and privacy initiatives aligned with SOX-ITGC, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA. This involves reviewing quarterly SOX user testing, assisting in vendor and 3rd party risk assessment, reviewing vendor contracts, and supporting technical implementation of data privacy initiatives. The preferred candidate should have 2+ years of experience in a compliance and/or data privacy analyst role, focusing on SOX ITGC and/or GDPR/CCPA/CPRA. Experience in data protection impact assessment, vendor and third-party risk assessment, and an IT background is preferred. Additionally, certifications such as CIPT, CIPP, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI-DSS v4.0 Compliance are preferred. The successful candidate should have the ability to excel in a dynamic environment, possess discretion with respect to information security best practices, and have strong communication skills. Exposure to enterprise-grade privacy frameworks, compliance tools, and regulatory workflows will be provided, along with mentorship from privacy and compliance leads.
