As a Printing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting print related execution and communication. You will interact with Indianand international clients and printers to resolve print-related queries, ensure high-quality output, and stay updated with industry advancements.

  Interact with international and Indian clients & printers to understand and resolve printing-related queries.
• 
  Coordinate revisions and reworks based on feedback from clients and printing partners.
• 
  Prepress & File Preparation: Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring accurate file formatting, colour calibration, and adherence to technical specifications.
• 
  Ensure printing files meet quality, format, and technical specifications suitable for various print processes.
• 
  Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and printed materials align with brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual standards across channels.
• 
  Solutioning: Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and contribute to theimplementation of effective printing solutions.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of printed output.
• 
  Support documentation and technical communication with print partners to ensure clarity in requirements and expectations.
• 
  Conduct checks on sample outputs to verify alignment with brand and quality standards.
• 
  Quality Control: Review proofs and final printed materials to ensure design accuracy, color consistency, and print quality.
• 
  Stay up to date with printing industry trends, technologies, and innovations to enhance delivery efficiency.

Requirements

What do we look for at Ennoventure?

  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology or a related field.
• 
  3–5 years of experience in printing – pre-press, press, and post-press operations.
• 
  Strong knowledge of printing processes such as Offset, Screen, Flexography, Gravure, and Digital printing.
• 
  Familiarity with prepress file preparation, colour calibration, and finishing techniques.
• 
  Excellent communication and coordination skills with a client-centric approach.
• 
  Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
