Key Responsibilities
:
Branding & Identity Design:
- Develop and refine comprehensive brand guidelines, including logo designs, typography, and brand color palettes.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all platforms and media.
- Conceptualize and create new branding strategies for products, services, or campaigns.
Digital Media Design:
- Design high-quality visuals for social media campaigns, website banners, email marketing templates, and digital advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure creative assets align with the campaign s message and objectives.
- Develop web-specific graphics, such as hero images, icons, and interactive components.
- Create mockups for web layouts and landing pages that enhance user experience (UX) and follow modern web design trends.
Print Media Design:
- Design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, signage, and business cards.
- Ensure all designs are print-ready and meet the required specifications, including resolution, color formats, and file types.
- Liaise with print vendors to ensure high-quality outputs that align with design intent.
Creative Collaboration & Ideation:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to understand and execute project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and concepts.
- Provide creative direction and support during the execution of design projects.
Tool Mastery & Execution:
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), CorelDRAW, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Develop prototypes and wireframes for web designs using tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
- Ensure proper use of typography, layout, and composition to create polished designs.
Trend Analysis & Skill Development:
- Stay ahead of industry trends in design, branding, and technology to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Explore new tools, software, and design techniques to continuously elevate creative output.
Project Management:
- Handle multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
