Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing customers with guidance and support throughout the full life cycle of implementation to ensure successful and effective use of Oracle's products and related implementation services. Your main focus will be to maximize customer satisfaction, referenceability, and revenue streams. As a trusted advisor, you will align with stakeholders, build long-term relationships, understand customer industries, and translate their needs into Oracle solutions. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with Sales and Customer Service Managers to identify appropriate solutions and coordinate the delivery of Support Services. Your role will involve leading customer engagements, conducting Account Planning and Reviews, executing Project Management principles, and identifying delivery leads for new opportunities and contract renewals. Key Responsibilities: - Advocate for customers and provide guidance and support throughout implementation - Maximize customer satisfaction, referenceability, and revenue streams - Build long-term relationships with key customer contacts - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service Managers to identify appropriate solutions - Lead customer engagements and manage delivery of Support Services - Conduct Account Planning and Reviews, and execute Project Management principles - Identify delivery leads for new opportunities and contract renewals - Demonstrate detailed knowledge and execution of Oracle policies, procedures, and tools Qualification Required: - 7-10 years of Enterprise implementation experience, IT Service management, Project management, or Account Management experience - Advanced Educational degree - Project Management or Service Management certification desirable (ITIL, PMP, Prince2 or University equivalent) - Subject Matter expertise in industry or Oracle products - Ability to effectively communicate and engage with senior executives - Expertise in large IT projects - Global working experience desirable About the Company: Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) provides organizations with managed cloud services for Oracle products, enabling them to leverage their investments and extend into the cloud with confidence.
