The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for analysis, design, development and unit testing of custom solutions, as well as production support, on the CRM B2B platform
The Salesforce Developer implements solutions based on the overall technical strategy for the platform, following specified documentation, coding and design patterns and best practices The role requires solving unique or complex problems, individually or in group- think fashion, specific to the platform What you ll do Lead the technical design and development efforts for the Salesforce Service Cloud implementation Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical solutions Customize and configure Salesforce application to meet business needs, including but not limited to Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and PSA Develop custom code, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies Develop integrations to connect systems, applications, and data sources, using diverse set of Integration tools, build, and manage APIs and integrations Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce Cloud platform Collaborate with scrum team members to ensure thorough understanding of business requirements and processes and represent the development team Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimizations Willing to take the ownership of Platform Governance Sensitivity: Public What we ll want you to have: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce - proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Integrations and other Salesforce development technologies
Experience as Tech lead or Salesforce application architect
5+ years of Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization
Experience with Entitlements, CTI, Omni Channel, Knowledge management, Entitlements, Chat Bots
At least 3 Experience cloud implementations
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce projects from design to implementation, preferably in a lead developer or technical architect role
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to meet or exceed standards of quality, security and operability required in a DevSecOps culture
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development, ensuring smooth and reliable deployment processes Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Integration, Application/System Architect
Experience working on Agile and driving the development team with best practices Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities
